  • EU Background Paper on Posting and Skills

    The aim of the EU Background Paper is to provide background knowledge on aspects still not widely explored by literature, including demographic and occupational trends concerning posting in the construction sector, information needs of posted workers and cross-border aspects concerning skill acquisition and certification information.

  • EU Handbook

    The EU handbook provides information on the current limits and opportunities for information sharing on certified competences of posted workers, further inquiring the role of skills as a driver of posting, and related initiatives meant to support mobility as a tool to increase workers’ competencies and career opportunities.

  • EU Toolkit

    The EU Toolkit provides policy recommendations structured according to different targets, and suggestions on how to: make information necessary for posted workers easy to access, identify skills/competences necessary for posted workers, design tools to smooth the verification of competences for posted workers.

  • Case studies

    The case studies illustrate briefly how companies deal with procedures concerning posting of workers or good practices of training centers supporting workers’ mobility.

Interview report - Italy
This report looks into the mobility of businesses and workers in strategic sectors of the construction industry (installation of ceramic tiles, plasterboard, thermal insulation coating, concrete and resin floors and screeds), via interviews with representatives of Italian professional associations, companies, and vocational training schools. The reports includes translations from IT to EN and ES.
